The office suites can be offered on managed all inclusive licences, where the rent, service charge and business rates are included in the quoted cost. However, the centre also offers the option to remove the business rates if a company can take advantage of 'small business rate relief'. These suites are available on short and long term contracts with short term contracts starting at 12 month.
These offices are located in the centre of Stockport, just past Stockport college and a few minutes' walk from the train station that serves a wide variety of routes and destinations including London Euston in 2 hours and Manchester Piccadilly in 6 minutes.
