Yes. Flexioffices charges no fees to businesses searching for office space. We are paid a commission by the office provider when a deal completes, similar to how a recruitment agency works. This means our advice is independent, and the price you pay is the same as, or lower than, going direct.

What is the difference between a serviced office and a managed office?

A serviced office is a fully furnished, ready-to-move-in workspace on a flexible contract, typically within a multi-tenant building managed by an operator. A managed office is a private, self-contained space fitted out to your specifications, giving you full control over branding, layout and day-to-day operations.
