There is a low fixed monthly charge per desk and absolutely no extra charges. High speed broadband, use of meeting rooms, printing, photocopying, visitor parking, teas and coffees - are just some of the facilities included in the fixed monthly charge per desk. There are new private offices, each office fully furnished with desks, chairs, pedestals, desk lamps, high speed broadband - and a securely lockable sliding door. Out of the 7 offices: 4 will be furnished with 6 desks each, 2 will be furnished with 10 desks each and 1 office furnished with up to 12 desks.
Wandsworth Road Overground Station can be reached in around seven minutes on foot after leaving the offices. Alternatively, Queenstown Road Battersea Train Station is even closer to the premises. A number of local buses offer another option for commuters. Greenery can be found at Heathbrook Park, while a number of amenities are located nearby.
