Within this building, we provide a Zayo Tier-1 fibre connection. This is one of the highest quality carriers in the country. Generally, 100 Mbps on Zayo Tier 1 connection would be similar to the likes a 200+ Mbps connection with another provider. Our standard offering is 100 Mbps but upgrade options available on all lettings (again depending on the tenants business requirements).
