These 30+ person spaces are 1200 sq/ft and can be re-configured to meet your exact desk requirements. They all have their own breakout areas, kitchens and glass fronted meeting rooms of varying sizes (6-12 persons). Looking for something bigger? This would be a team of up to 100 people taking the entire building which means you'd get 3 floors of workspace and a 4th floor break out area with a terrace included as well as a fully private entrance. Every office come with 2 private meeting rooms which can be reconfigured on-demand and our shared 4th floor has plenty of breakout space for catch ups as well as 2 additional meeting rooms that are free to book and phone booths to jump into.
Sat quite literally on top of Flat Iron Square, you couldn't really get much better when it comes to the locale. Team Sandbox are still working our way through a monster list of lunch spot recommendations as well as places to enjoy that well earnt Thursday beer. Having Borough market less than 5 minutes away is the cherry on top.
