There are also Club Lounge and Dedicated Desk memberships for those who aren't yet ready for an office. Offices can be occupied at speed, with as little as 24 hours from enquiry to move in. They come fully furnished with access to large mixed-use breakout areas; lounges for relaxing or informal conversations, kitchens with coffee and tea, telephone booths for private calls and communal tables for collaboration. There are also 4 bookable meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 12 with A/V for conferencing. A large south facing terrace is great for taking breaks, boasting views over the iconic Harland and Wolff cranes and the Albert Memorial Clock. An onsite family run café is open Monday to Friday offering hot and cold food, teas, coffees and other hot and cold drinks.
Situated a 10 minute drive from George Best Airport and Belfast International Airport is a comfortable 30 minute drive away. Only a ten minute walk to either Central and Great Victoria Street Transport Hub and has a bus stop right outside the building. This makes the work centre a very accessible place for commuters. Linked to the UK National Cycle Network and Belfast Bike Share Scheme Docking Station is just one minute away. Based within the buzzing centre of the city's Cathedral quarter which is home to much of the city's arts and creative sectors. The location also provides a large range of the city's best shops, bars and eateries, all within walking distance.
