This building offers low cost, high quality fully furnished and fully serviced office space over 4 floors. The offices can accommodate sole traders and businesses up to 6 people, as well as hot desking space. There is a full professional Reception service, with a post handling service. There is free WIFI throughout both buildings. As part of the rental, tenants are entitled to 20 black & white or 10 colour prints per day as well as 3 hours free meeting room use per week (bookable via Reception). Free tea and coffee is also provided in all kitchens. The tenants are also able to attend (free of charge) any business workshops or training sessions delivered. The building is open from 8am-10pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays and closed on Sundays.

The premise is in Barking Town Centre and therefore has all local amenities on the doorstep such as shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, library and a green space.
