The Centre is situated in a quiet rural setting within easy reach of the West Midlands motorway network and close to the centre of Birmingham and major Black Country towns. Originally a traditional brick hay barn, which dates from the 1830's, and has now been renovated to a high standard for modern commercial use, whilst retaining many of its most attractive historic features. There are currently 3 offices available, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Office 2 on the ground floor office accommodates 3 people and is 240 sq. ft., Office 3 on the ground floor is suitable for up to 8 people and is 462 sq. ft. Office 6 on the first floor accommodates 4 people and is 267 sq. ft. Each office is fully furnished and includes business rates, refreshments (tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water), newly refurbished kitchens and toilet facilities, full time reception with telephone and mail handling, use of shared meeting room, free onsite car parking, wifi and broadband, telephones via VOIP, use of multi-function printer. Wheelchair access to building. Reception, meeting room and to ground floor toilet. However there is no lift or wheelchair access to first floor.
