The Echo building is situated on the northern side of West Wear Street A1018 and A183, close to its junction with Wearmouth Bridge, in the heart of Sunderland city centre, with Sunderland's Riverside and The Stadium of Light being located close by. There are excellent transport links to the Echo building by both bus and train. Due to its close proximity to the city centre a number of buses including the numbers 9, 24 and 35 run every 5-10 minutes throughout the day and stops moments away from the offices. The office is served by both St. Peters railway station just over the bridge and Sunderland railway station just a short 5-10-minute walk down Bridge Street.
