Due to its close proximity to the city centre a number of buses including the numbers 9, 24 and 35 run every 5-10 minutes throughout the day and stops moments away from the offices. The office is served by both St. Peters railway station just over the bridge and Sunderland railway station just a short 5-10-minute walk down Bridge Street.
