Hemel Hempstead, one of the principal commercial centres of Hertfordshire, is exceptionally well located being adjacent to the M1 motorway (Junction 8) and only four miles from the M25 (Junction 20) via the A41. The mainline station is approximately one mile from the building from where there is a fast and frequent service into London Euston (approximately 30 minutes).
