Sovereign House offers a range of small office suites for between 1 and 10 people and all available on 12+ month contracts with packages that include rent, service charge and utilities. If you are eligible for small business rate relief then this can also be claimed. The building was built by us in the 1970's and is located on J2 of the M60, also known as Roscoe's roundabout. This is a short walk from both Cheadle village and Cheadle Heath where a range of local amenities and services can be found. Alongside onsite parking, street parking is available on surrounding roads and various bus routes stop almost outside the building. Our recently refurbished, welcoming reception area is home to an onsite building manager. Access to the property is available 24/7 and communal kitchens throughout the building are provided, along with showers and disabled toilet facilities.
