Air conditioned conference facilities are available and can be prior booked at reception. The full time receptionist means that all clients are announced or directed to your suite as appropriate. This is in addition to the hi-tech security system. A large, gated parking area is available in which parking spaces are allocated proportionately to floor area taken. Offices are available in sizes ranging from 100 sq.ft to 3000 sq.ft. These are available on a flexible lease. The fully inclusive prices comprises of rent, rates, heat, light, power and car parking at the rate of 1 space per 500 sq.ft. This all inclusive rate only excludes cleaning of own areas and telephone lines.
Ideally positioned, the centre is located just outside the Wolverhampton Ring Road to avoid traffic congestion, but within walking distance from the City Centre. Other local amenities are within a short distance such as the Central Baths, Gymnasium and the recently restored Victorian West Park, one of the finest examples in the country.
