This friendly centre offers a range of suites from 114sqft to 513sqft that have been refurbished to offer cost effective business premises for small and growing businesses. All suites are unfurnished and contain an audio handset connected to the secure door entry system. Suites are carpeted with fitted blinds and offer 24-hour access. Rental includes business rates, lighting, heating, water rates, inclusion on all internal/external signage and parking. Communal areas are cleaned daily and include a small kitchen/rest room and large reception area.
The business centre is located close to the A14 making access to surrounding Towns and Cities simple. Buses also run regularly to the area.
