This business centre offers flexible office space for rent that's secure, affordable, and offers a minimum stay for only 4 weeks. Your office rental space includes utilities, like water and rates, plus their own security, so there is only one all-inclusive price to pay. Free parking is available on-site and all of the flexible office locations are easy to find and situated on main roads. The flexible offices are based at the owners main centre and therefore benefit from the same security. They also have staff on site seven days a week, 24 hour digital CCTV, perimeter fencing and electronic coded gates. Each office is self contained. Smallest office of 150 sq ft would easily accommodate 2 people & equipment / printers shelving etc. Viewing advised. Other facilities included are: 1 x parking space included with each office rental, tea / coffee / microwave facilities available in shared kitchen area, shared toilet facilities on each floor, parcel / post collection & delivery available. The prices are quoted weekly & payment is required 4 weekly in advance (4 week security deposit is required). Electricity is payable monthly in arrears (based on usage) and heating and water are all included. No business rates. Prices start from £117 sqft.
