The flexible offices are based at the owners main centre and therefore benefit from the same security. They also have staff on site seven days a week, 24 hour digital CCTV, perimeter fencing and electronic coded gates. Each office is self contained. Smallest office of 150 sq ft would easily accommodate 2 people & equipment / printers shelving etc. Viewing advised. Other facilities included are: 1 x parking space included with each office rental, tea / coffee / microwave facilities available in shared kitchen area, shared toilet facilities on each floor, parcel / post collection & delivery available. The prices are quoted weekly & payment is required 4 weekly in advance (4 week security deposit is required).
