The offices can cater from 1 – 200 workstations, whilst the units range from 995sq ft – 1500sq ft (All units come complete with a roller shutter, office and all the services listed below). The services include, heating, lighting, furniture, phone line rental / handsets as well as state of the art telecommunications and high speed broadband. The reception facilities are manned by an on-site management team who can meet and greet clients and answer calls in your business name and manage them in accordance to your instructions. The centre also provide meeting rooms available by the hour and virtual offices for those working from home.
Located just 1 mile north of the city centre on the junction of A5038 Vauxhall Road (main route north from Liverpool city centre) and the A5054, the site is easily accessible by all main transport links and includes secure on-site parking.
