An impressive Georgian building set in the heart of the town with onsite parking, The centre has been skilfully adapted to provide a range of quality offices, which are furnished to a very high standard. All offices are fully equipped with the latest VOIP telephone system; you will have your own dedicated phone numbers answered by staff in your business name. Your telephone comes complete with your personal voicemail facility, which you can access remotely, and call divert service. Offering full fibre broadband but you are free to install your own broadband with your own choice of provider. All offices are equipped with Cat 5 sockets. Offices in a variety of sizes are available on licence for a minimum of three months and thereafter for as long as you need. If you expand, take on additional space instantly (subject to availability). When you want to leave, simply give 3 months notice. It’s that easy. For those not requiring physical office space, there are additional business packages: Virtual Office (i.e. business address/mail handling) and Virtual Receptionist (i.e. allocated Stamford telephone number and call handling).
The centre is located on a cobbled street 200 meters from the town centre. The car park, located at the rear of the Business Centre, is accessed from North Street (opposite the police station). Stamford railway station is a 10 minute walk from the centre, junction 17 of the A1M is a 15 minute drive and the nearest airport is Nottingham and that is 31 miles away.
